What to do on the day of the sale
Bring your items to the hall on the day between 8.45am and 9.00am. Each item must be labelled with is price, short description and sellers number.
Sellers receive 75% of the marked price on sold items.
Warren fundraising receives 25%.
Sellers should return between 12.30pm and 12.50pm on the day to collect any unsold items which will be sorted and returned to you by a volunteer. Donated items are most welcome.
Payment will be made by cheque and can be collected from playgroup on the Tuesday after the sale during playgroup hours (9.15am and 3pm). If you are unable to collect your cheque, please leave a stamped self addressed envelope at the registration desk on the morning of the sale. Any monies from cheques not collected after 21 days will be donated to the playgroup’s fundraising account.
The success of the GaNS also depends on our fantastic volunteers. We always welcome new members to the team to help with the different roles available. However, we ask that all volunteers state their intention to help by informing us by email prior to the sale, rather than just turning up on the day, so that we can assign roles depending on how many volunteers we have. To thank our volunteers, they are invited to pre-sale shopping at 9.30am before the doors open to the public at 10am.

Would you like to advertise at the sale? At the last sale we had nearly 200 people in attendance. We offer you the chance to place 150 leaflets in out point of sale bags for just £30. Every customer making a purchase takes a bag with our selected leaflets inside. We will also advertise you on our website and place your poster on our boards at the entrance of the hall.
